International transfers
Some of these providers store information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US Data Bridge.
How long we keep it
Applications that are not accepted: deleted 12 months after our decision.
Members: kept for as long as you are a member, then deleted within 12 months of your membership ending, except records we must keep by law.
Messages: kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.
Your rights

restrict or object to how we use it
send your information to you or another organisation
withdraw your consent at any time

iamnotw.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Framer's built-in analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The membership application is provided by Typeform, which may set cookies needed for the form to work. The members' shop has its own cookie banner.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at hello@iamnotw.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK data protection regulator.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will tell members by email.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
